Unit is ideal for travellers, working individuals near the area or small family of three. The space Unlike any other Grass Unit, we patterned the interiors from the showroom. We also provided additional cabinets for more storage and ceilings for added ventilation. Guest access Guests can enjoy a dip in the pool and do a sweat workout at the gym. It goes free depending on the length of stay. Guests can also access a special walkway to and fro SM North. Other things to note Our rental fees are really low thus we encourage our guests to conserve energy and water. Turn off the aircon when you leave or make sure that the ref is shut all the time. We also encourage smoking outside the building as sprinklers might activate when you do it inside the unit.
