We offer a 12m2 sunny double bedroom located very near the heart of Sintra UNESCO Heritage Town (10 min walk to Historical Center, Sintra National Palace, MUSA - Museum of Sintra Arts), 5 min to supermarkets, 2 min to train station to Lisbon, bus stop to get to Sintra Mountain and Sintra ocean coast and beaches). 2 min walk to Portela de Sintra train and buses central station where you can take trains to Lisbon and buses to Cascais, Oeiras, Ericeira, Mafra, Sintra beaches and Sintra sightseeings. Located in an area with great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with stores,services and supermarkets nearby. It has been very recently renovated with a very fresh and arty style. Here's a list of things we provide to our guests: - Bedroom: double bed and mountain views - Fresh linen and towels are provided - Free WiFi Internet - Multifunctional table for working, eating, etc. ⁃ A modern and pleasant kitchen with appliances such as fridge, oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc ⁃ Bathroom with bath, bidet, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and hair dryer are all provided - Complimentary ground coffee, tea bags, plus basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and spices. - Direct access to shared balcony Check in time is between 2PM (14:00) and 11PM (23:00). Check out time until 11:00. Self-check-in is available to ensure more flexibility and autonomy for our guests. IMPORTANT: - Winter blanket available during cold season (November to February) - Heating in the room is available on demand, guests should request before booking. - This room is for NON SMOKERS, if our guests smoke in the house 50EUR penalty will be apply. - Our local accommodation does comply with local authority to charge each booking SINTRA TOURIST TAX. >>>FOR SHORT STAYS *only*: - We usually do accept short bookings (up to 3 days) with a lot of time in advance, specially during the summer months. We understand our guests need to plan their holidays/travellings! >>>FOR LONG STAYS *only*: - Any bookings staying for a longer period than 3 nights, and / or guests who have booked using a special offer will have cleaning included for their room (and the property) for before check in, and after check out, any further cleaning required during a longer stay, including changing bed linen, and any cleaning or housekeeping is not included. However, should a regular cleaner be required, this can be pre-arranged with us. Simply ask us and we are open to discuss this with each guest. HEATING AND COOLING ON DEMAND (optional): - heating system during cold season is provided on demand (4EUR/night) - cooling system during hot season is provided on demand (free/no cost) - heating or cooling service is paid at check in with the host using Airbnb platform (send/request money tool) MOBILITY WARNING: 3rd floor – stairs only, no elevator.
