Welcome to "Garden House". I love to share this beautiful house with you. The house Situated in a quiet court in Frankston. Short drive to one of the most beautiful beachfronts. Frankston is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula's abundance of wineries and beautiful scenes. The host lives in the house and shares the front door entry, kitchen area, and dining. There is one queen bedroom for guests to stay with its bathroom. The space Please enjoy our beautiful house with abundant flowers and vegetables. The host loves gardening. There is a beautiful front garden with lots of plants like tomatoes, zucchini, garlic chives, beans, chili, and cucumbers. Plus lots of fruit trees at the back. Our lovely north-facing living room is fitted with a comfortable couch. Surely you will find a cozy morning or afternoon corner. The kitchen is filled with lights and spaces. Enjoy your morning or afternoon cuppa. We have an extra empty fridge for the guest to use if you are ready to stock up on your food and beverages. Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen size bed with a standalone wardrobe. (desk and chair), a fan is provided. If you need to do your laundry, the washing machine is on-site and lots of drying racks are provided for outdoor or indoor use. No dryer. We love drying our clothes under the Sun with the breeze. Guest access Pretty much the whole house is accessible for the guests- Living room, kitchen, dining, private rooms, laundry, bathroom, pergola outdoor. The host lives in the east wing of the house with bedrooms, a living area, a study, and a bathroom. The host will occasionally come to the kitchen area and access the fridge. Also share the front door entry. Due to the open plan of the house, you may see the host goes to the front door and the kitchen if you are in the living area and dining area.
