If you are looking for a quiet but convenient and comfortable area, our apartment, located on the ground floor, is ideal: independence, privacy, relaxation, the sea and fun are all within easy reach. You can forget about the car. A 5-minute walk from the beach and the hospital, and 10 minutes from the Le Befane shopping centre. The Metromare stop is 3 minutes away, with connections to the Rimini, Miramare and Riccione stations. You can use the garden for pleasant outdoor dinners with a barbecue. The space I believe that independence and tranquillity are the added value of the accommodation at our house. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with air conditioning and forced mechanical ventilation, so that there is always clean air inside the house, even without opening the windows. The furnishings are simple, but new. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests can use the equipped area (table, chairs and electric awning) in the garden on request, to spend pleasant moments outdoors, enjoy an aperitif, have dinner, or simply relax a little. Other things to note We have a dog (Swiss shepherd) for the safety of the house, which by day is in the garden and by night in our house. If our guests want to bring their own dog they can do it safely if it is a small dog, or large but female, because with medium or large male dogs there could be problems. For your safety, there are: armoured door and video intercom, window grills and video surveillance system.
