Perched on the ridge, it looks out over Johannesburg's northern suburbs and is set in a spacious garden full of botanical delights, birds and butterflies. This is a quiet, peaceful area suitable for relaxing or working from. We have a solar and battery power backup and water reservoir, so have reserves of electricity and water. The space While in the heart of Johannesburg, you will be surrounded by nature. This cottage is approached via a steep driveway and stairs. Watch weaver birds building their nests from the front deck. The cottage has all the necessary amenities to sleep, live, cook and work. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, air-fryer and induction plate. The loft bedroom has extensive views of the mountain. We are on an access controlled road and the cottage is very secure. Guest access A few metres further up the koppie/mountain there is a viewing deck with amazing views over Johannesburg's northern suburbs including Rosebank, Illovo and Sandton. All other areas of the garden are also available to the guests. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron and washing line. Other things to note Please note that this cottage is half way up a hill. The driveway is steep and there is some walking up stairs and along a rocky path.
