Shopping and restaurants are easy to reach, you can walk, bike or take your car. There is plenty of parking available, garage, driveway or on the street. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 double twin and one twin bed) The extra sun room downstairs has another sleeper sofa available. One masterbath room, one full bathroom and a half bathroom are available for you. The house has two office spaces, one with double monitors and a printer. The family room has a gas fireplace which creates a cozy environment. The backyard is inviting with its pool and spa, dining area and table fireplace. Entire house, garage, backyard. I am always available for questions. The house is close to the beach, harbor, shopping, entertainment, Laguna Beach and San Clemente. The best way to get around is with a car and bike. The beach and harbor are in walking distance.
