Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away. The space Coziness is provided by a fireplace in the living room and lots of wood in the second bedroom, which has a balcony. There is a 1.20 m wide sofa bed on which two children can also be accommodated. The box-spring bed in the bedroom is 1.80 meters wide. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee maker, and in the bathroom, there is a washing machine. Directly from the house you can explore the beautiful paths of the Palatinate Forest on foot or by bike (Palatinate Forest Mountain Bike Park) or take advantage of the swimming facilities in a nearby lake within walking distance. From the apartment you can reach the highway in 8 minutes, from where you can quickly get to the Vorderpfalz or to Saarbrücken or Mannheim. France (e.g. Weißenburg) can also be reached in about an hour's drive.
