Cassidys Cottage is a cosy bolt hole that sleeps 5 in the charming village of Ballydehob. Its perfect for those looking for a digital detox but with restaurants, pubs and shops a minutes stroll away. It's an excellent base for exploring the Mizen peninsula and surrounding islands. Discover windswept beaches, magnificient scenery,creamy pints of Murphys and crab sandwiches in traditional pubs.Then return home at the end of the day and light the wood burning stove and cosy up with a good book. The space The property is on a quiet lane with parking outside. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double and 1 with a double and a single bed. The bathroom and shower are downstairs. There is an open plan living/dining room downstairs with a large dining room table perfect for entertaining. Electric central heating, a wood burning stove and starter pack of fuel supplies. Digital detox zone, no TV or WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to a sunny courtyard. As it’s an old cottage it has some quirks, so if you are looking for top of the range appliances and an uber modern kitchen and bathroom this might not fit the bill. Guest access Guests have the whole property to themselves. Parking is available just outside the cottage. Other things to note There is NO WIFI!!!! Digital detox zone!
