Simplicious Vivacity Jazz Suite 1

A simple and comfortable place to stay with affordable price. Sunset and nice city view to enjoy. We are in Jazz suite 1, level 8. Vivacity shopping mall is just right below. Restaurant and café are also available below or nearby. Very convenient for travellers or tourists who don't drive. We provide car rental service too. Do contact us for more information. Kindly take note that for the time being, swimming pool is strictly open for in house residents only. Guests are not allowed to use. The space We have 3 bedrooms, one living room, and 2 bathrooms. Guests can use the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, TV room(reservation needed), children playground in the apartment compound. 1 free private parking space is provided upon request. Guest access The apartment can be access through the lift from lobby of Jazz suite 1 (nearby secret recipe) or directly drive up to the parking space provided for the residents after getting the keys from mailbox at lobby. Guest will be given access card(for entrance to the lift), key(to access the apartment) and carpark band card (upon request) Lost of carpark band card and access card will be charged RM250. Please inform us the time of your arrival to the apartment when you have confirm your booking. We are using self check in system now. Our check in time is after 2pm, and check out time is 11am. You may be allowed to check in earlier if there is no guest checking out on the same day. The access card and key will need to be collected at the letter box during your check in time and put it back abd lock it when you check out. Please give us a message when you have checked in or checked out. *Starting 1/1/2023 condo facilities (eg, swimming pool, gym, etc.) are not available for homestay guests. - Building management rule (cover for all unit at jazz suite not just ours)
