The space There are 2 semi-basement 1-bedroom apartments and 2 2-bedroom apartments on the second floor. The rest of the apartments are for Canarian residents. There is no elevator. It is located in a quiet area. Perfect for families or groups of friends who prefer to stay in places away from mass tourism, but at the same time well connected to the main roads that lead to the important points on the islands. Guest access No areas are shared. Two apartments on the second floor. Two apartments in the semi-basement, below street level, with natural light and ventilation. No elevator. During your stay Guests will pick up the keys from a lockbox located near the accommodation. During your stay, you can contact us if any problems arise or if you need help. Other things to note All guests must complete the online check-in prior to arrival, providing the information required by Spanish regulations. Check-in is done through our Hotelgest management platform (PMS), which acts as the data processor, and personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations. Each guest will have, at a minimum: bed linens, a bath towel, and a hand towel. For long-term stays, extra bedding will be provided when indicated in the listing or for the duration of the stay. The kitchen has the basic kitchenware needed for normal use of the accommodation. As a courtesy, the accommodation may include welcome products and an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar or salt. These products are intended for the start of the stay and are not a continuous supply throughout the reservation. The accommodation is delivered clean and ready for the stay. Housekeeping during the stay is the guest's responsibility, unless an additional service has been expressly contracted.
