Vinca is a 57 -square meter studio apartment located on the second floor of our 16th century Gastaldia, the core of a much wider historical estate: Frassanelle. The estate includes a 60- hectare park with some stunning artificial caves that our guests can visit, a renowned golf course, a swimming pool and a few villas and holidays apartments, all converted from former farmhouse, granaries and store rooms, still preserving their timeless country charm. The space Vinca is bright and comfortable, overlooking the ancient yard of the estate, once the throbbing heart of the farm activity. The wooden interiors make a cozy and warm atmosphere. Like the other studio-apartments, Vinca is built on two levels: as you enter, after a short corridor that gives access to the main bathroom with tub (shower in the tub), you will find yourself in a large living area with sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, dining table and a well equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your meals. On the mezzanine, a romantic double bedroom with wardrobe, drawer and a practical, small en-suite bathroom (wc and washbasin only). The apartment facilities include wifi and air conditioning. Vinca does not have a terrace, but the large inner courtyard, which is shared only with the few guests of the other four apartments, makes the ideal relax area being provided with tables, chairs and lounge chairs: you can dine outside enjoying the sound of gentle summer breeze and the singing of birds, you can read a book sitting on the bench under the long porch, or you can sunbathe on the well-kept garden. The swimming pool of the golf course, available for our guests, is 1 km from the apartment and can be reached in 15 min walk thanks to a pleasant shaded path or easily by car. Open in July and August from 10.00 to 19.00. Closed on Tuesdays. Use of the pool is subject to availability and is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours. Guests must book the use of the pool at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to our office. Guest access Our guests have free access to all areas of the park, to the golf club pool and the club house, that also features a lovely restaurant and bar. Walking on the golf course is forbidden, but any golfer is welcome and is entitled to a discount in Frassanelle course and one more golf nearby. Other things to note PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE BOOKING: - The reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. - Check-in is allowed from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm - The roads of the estate are unlit and unpaved and at some points a little rough but in no way an impediment, even at night. Should you go for walks on the estate, please be aware of the ditches along the roads, some are quite deep, with stagnant water. At night be sure to take a torch. - From April to October, especially during weekends, part of the ground floor of the Gastaldia hosts weddings and other events wich may lust until 01.00 GOLF CLUB SWIMMING POOL: - Open in July and August from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
