Bright, Quiet Home in Upmarket Area of Weybridge, Surrey

The house is set over three floors, with airy and bright open plan ground floor; two double bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and the spacious sunny loft room with a working dest and futon. The whole house is available for your stay with the flexible self check-in. We are very grateful to be hosting mainly guests who stay with us for extended periods of time so the house still very much a home, with a lot of attention given to making it fresh and clean and guest-ready every time. The space Bright and airy with open-plan living from the lounge through the kitchen into a modern conservatory, a perfect place for a sunny breakfast. With plenty of storage space in the kitchen, new Bosch appliances and laundry, you can enjoy making yourself at home. Brand new carpet throughout the house and double glazing windows. The house is extended into the garden with a bright, modern and spacious conservatory with underfloor heating, 6 seater dining table and a comfortable sitting arrangement for the outdoor-indoor living and dining. The kitchen has all the amenities including 2 ovens, hob, a fridge-freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The added benefit is a Nespresso machine for freshly made coffees and cappuccinos. The two double bedrooms upstairs are with built-in wardrobes, bright and sunny with two double windows in each room; Master bed is with super-comfortable Tempur mattress, the best for a restful night. A bright loft room also provides the space to work at the desk, or as an extra bedroom with a futon bed and a built-in wardrobe. You can have the whole house for yourselves, with the check-in arranged at your convenience. You can also self check-in if you prefer, just let us know in advance. We are currently based in Cape Town for some time, but our amazing friendly housekeeper Heidi is available to assist you and you will be given her mobile number for your arrival. The house is in one of the most sought-after private estates in Weybridge, Surrey. The area is quiet, yet very convenient for getting around. The estate is beautifully kept and the house is close to a leafy park. Parking is in front of the house, with an additional bay at the end of the road steps away from the house. The Walton-on-Thames station is closest and lots of commuters choose to walk to it in about 15min or drive only 5min. The fast train takes you from Walton-on-Thames to Waterloo station in 35min. From there you are connected to the whole of London with the underground network. The major roads M25 and M3 / M4 / M40 are all within an easy access connecting you to other parts of the county and country easily. Taxis are also available, we have a few contact details at the house. Guest access You can have the whole house for yourselves, with the check-in times arranged for your convenience. The self check-in is available. Other things to note Parking is directly in front of the house on a private road, with additional parking near by.
