The space Since our great-grandfather realized his dream and built a house in Spain's sunny south, our little villa has become the center of our family. In the middle of a large garden with pine trees, oleanders and hibiscus shrubs, it is built in the usual chalet style of the 60s with its round, harmonious shapes. There is a nice pool and three terraces on different levels with sea views. The three bedrooms each have two beds, the spacious living space opens to the kitchen. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with shower. The villa is very quiet in the urbanization of La Canuta, with magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon d‘ Ifach, the landmark of this part of the Spanish Mediterranean. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the old city center of the former fishing village, which has survived the wild tourism boom of the last decades with dignity. The two large beaches (La Fossa, Levante) are no more than 5 minutes by car (parking always available), but you can also walk comfortably to the nearby port of Puerto Blanco and spend the afternoon in the small, quiet bay or greet the evening with a sundowner in the sympathetic terrace cafe of the diving school. The beautiful thing about Calpe is that everyone gets their money's worth: family-friendly beaches, tranquility, a fantastic gastronomy (tapas, pests, mehres fruits) and for the young people bars, discos and last but not least two beautiful promenades directly on the sea where everyone meets on the warm Spanish nights.
