The space A brand new space perched above Terrigal and North Avoca, The Vue is the perfect place to escape. Spectacular panoramic views across Avoca Bay soothing coastal interiors await you at this architecturally designed studio. Push open the huge sliding doors and enjoy the expansive solar heated mineral lap pool(private to guests) or relax in the large shallow wading area. ( solar heating is always switched on, and the temperature of the pool will be determined by the weather) A Firepit below the pool is available(Enquire with host) A pizza oven is available (enquire with host ) If you’d like to spoil yourself or your guests, booking a massage/beauty therapist, or perhaps a Pamper Party is available to come to the property. (Enquire with Airbnb host) Wander through the established tropical gardens which wind down to the bottom of the property, from where is a short walk to Nth Avoca beach. Sitting around the pool at night will give the guests a twinkling view of the lights from Avoca. The open plan studio boasts a brand new kitchen with all amenities including a full sized fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Make a coffee and wander out to the pool to watch the sun rise over the ocean. You may even spot a whale playing in the bay or a pod of dolphins surfing with the boardriders. If you prefer alfresco cooking there is a Weber BBQ and spacious outdoor dining area. The luxury bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated towel rails and a beautiful spacious vanity, and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided to simplify your packing experience. For a rinse after the beach, enjoy a hot outdoor shower or bath. When you want to stay indoors, you can relax at The Vue in air conditioned comfort watching the large smart TV. If you fancy a walk, choose between North Avoca village or discover the amazing eateries in the thriving hub of Terrigal; both are approximately 10 minutes walk away. For a fine dining experience, just a 3 minute walk around the corner will find you at the multi award winning restaurant, The Cowrie, where you can enjoy the best seafood the coast has to offer. Sleeping; Two elegantly styled generous bedrooms with high quality linen, pillows, bath and beach towels. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space. The main bedroom (king bed) showcases views of Nth Avoca and Avoca Beach. The second bedroom offers the flexibility of two king singles, or a king double. The Vue's private entrance is accessed via stairs at the side of the house, which leads you to the pool deck. There you can enter the property through 2 large sliding doors. If any assistance is needed,please don't hesitate to contact the host. Guest access Access to the studio is via the properties front gate, and then a descending staircase via the side of the house.Once you have arrived on the pool deck, you can enter the property through 2 large sliding doors .Guests will be able to collect keys via a lock box situated in a location which will be in your check in instructions. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire, self-contained studio. This includes your own personal undercover bbq patio and pool area. Other things to note Below are our Terms & Conditions for The Vue; Condition of property: You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, bedding and towels in cleanable reusable condition. You also agree to ensure all electrical equipment (TV, Induction cooktop, technology devices) and white goods are left on the premises and in working good condition. Any issues with any contents in the Property must be notified immediately so that we may rectify any damage or any breakage. You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors, furniture, carpets, floors or windows of the property, nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance to annoyance to us or to neighbouring properties. Where the above indicates that it is non-smoking and pet free, you are asked to abide by these requirements strictly. Any lost, stolen or damaged keys, remote controls, or other items as listed above may incur bond disputes. General: You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property, expect where the damage or loss is caused by our negligence. You are not permitted to allow more people to stay in the property than expressly authorised, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the property unless notified otherwise. Departure: You agree to leave the property no later than specified Check out time on your departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and will incur extra charges. We ask that you leave the property clean, tidy, dishes cleaned and put away, all food removed from refrigerators and garbage taken out etc. We also ask that secure the property and ensure you close all windows and lock all doors before leaving. Please also leave the keys provided back in the security box. Children: Please supervise children at all times. All children in or around the pool area must be closely supervised by an adult. We ask that children who are not competent swimmers wear flotation devices such as vests at all times while in the pool area. By law, pool gates are never to be propped open. Do not use pots, chairs etc to leave gates ajar. Noise/Party: No party policy, no loud noise before 7am or after 11pm. We would ask that you consider your neighbours and not have loud music or parties that may disturb others nearby. If complaints are made about 'excessive' noise or police/security enforcement are called or if neighbours are continuously disturbed, we may ask you to leave and treat this as a cancellation and breach of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. You will not receive a refund and extra charges may be applied for security and other expenses. Pets: Pets are not permitted at the property. Smoking: We kindly ask that smoking is not permitted inside the home, deck or the vincity of the home. If you do wish to smoke we require to do so preferably off site or in the fire pitt area. We ask that all cigarette butts are disposed off respectfully. Failing to do any of this can result in extra charges within your security deposit. Repairs: We hope you advise us immediately of any repairs, damage or breakages that may have arisen or where repairs need to be made as soon as possible. You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs. Security Deposit- If you damage the home or steal any goods, you may be charged up to $2000 Any complaints or problems : Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. it is essential that you contact if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. Registration Details PID-STRA-3869
