Clean & comfy with all necessities to ensure that you and your family can enjoy, relax and feel at home. x2 Large rooms (total 4 people), with King size bed in each room. Sofa bed in each room to accommodate a child/infant up to 2 years. x1 Additional Room (total 2 people): This room has no direct entrance to the main unit but with own entrance door. Complete with double bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, air-con and TV. (The room can only be booked in addition to main flat. Not rented out separately or on it's own.) Enjoy fast fibre internet & Openview TV channels. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. On hot summer days, enjoy the outside pool area or take a walk to the nearby park and river in this safe neighborhood, 5 min from some of the top Wine Estates. E.g. Vergelegen & Lourensford. Within 20 - 40 min drive to Cape Town Airport and -CBD, Stellenbosch and other tourist attractions. Guest access As Hosts, we prefer to meet our guests on arrival but do have a safe lockbox for self check-in, should we not be available. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow "parties" or big get-togethers at the premises in consideration of our neighbor's in this quite residential neighborhood. Parking will also be a problem with lots of people visiting. However, you can have a few people over for a quiet lunch or dinner. We will not unnecessarily withheld permission, depending on the situation.
