Quiet cottage in rural Devon near sea and moors

The Linhay is a self-contained one bedroom cottage, in a lovely quiet country setting in the heart of Devon. The space comprises a lovely open-plan living area with well equipped kitchen, dining table, comfy sofas and wood-burning stove. The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hand wash basin. Outside is an area of decking for relaxing and enjoying the peace, quiet and lovely country views. The comfy double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a lovely large shower. We provide a warm welcome with organic coffee, tea and herbal teas, olive oil, herbs and salt and pepper. Homemade cookies are complimentary on your arrival. We’re on hand to give advice & tips on where to go & what to do. Guest access You will have the whole cottage and patio to yourselves. There are no internal steps in the cottage and it is easy to access the patio from the cottage. However, there is a step up to the front door and also to access the patio from outside.
