Second Double Room A versatile space that easily adapts to guests' needs: living area, study, or bedroom. The bed on the white wooden mezzanine enhances the room’s height, keeping the space airy and bright. On the lower level, an additional sofa bed makes the space ideal for families or groups. Clean lines and contemporary furnishings complete a functional, cozy, and well-organized room. Third bedroom A small, cozy alcove with a queen-size bed on a mezzanine, perfect for those looking for an intimate, secluded space. Living area An environment with a strong aesthetic impact, where contemporary design and original details coexist harmoniously. The original cement tile floor adds character and color to the space, and a comfortable sofa bed increases the room’s capacity, making the environment dynamic and welcoming. For those arriving by car, an indoor parking space is reserved in the courtyard of the building. Please let us know in advance of any needs related to the use of sofa beds for additional linen, which may be subject to a flat-rate fee.
