Upon arrival, you enter a house with a chic and refined style. The house is a single-story house containing three air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV and Wi-Fi access and 17 square meter veranda, private parking. Sink and outdoor cooking point Adjacent courtyard of about 30 square meters; Water is heated by a solar system. The space The house has just been renovated and you will also have access to a security system with intervention if necessary. The house is in a very good location with a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Guest access The whole ground perimeter of the house is accessible. Other things to note - All guest/s are required to show their ID(passport) prior check-in. - A security refundable deposit of EUR 500/- on all booking for any holiday length will be collected on arrival in cash. - A local rental agreement will be drawn and signed on arrival to cover the payment and receipt of the security deposit, a reminder of the house rules and also a detailed listing of the house content and their value. If you require a copy of the same prior signature, we will be please to provide same upon request. Same is also required for tax filing purposes in Mauritius as well as by our banker to clear the payout upon receipt. - To draw the above-mentioned rental agreement, a soft copy of the main guest passport will be required once reservation is booked and communication/sharing of contact details is allowed. - If the rental agreement is required to be drawn on the name/s of one or more parties the passport copy of all parties will be requested prior drafting the above-mentioned rental agreement. - It is also to be noted that the house is protected by Brink’s an international security company with movement and vibration sensors on all openings of the house as well as active CCTV cameras, situated in the yard and patio of the house to protect strategic and vulnerable access to the house when unoccupied and alarm system activated. The cameras have recording capacity when alarm system is activated and same is fully managed by Brink’s. The house also has a panic button is case of emergencies.
