A beautiful studio with a private entrance beside our Art Deco home. It is a safe, peaceful, quiet and tranquil space close to Perth. The studio is a cosy private retreat to relax and unwind - surrounded by beautiful gardens. The studio is air conditioned. Guests have their own private shower and toilet a few steps into the main house. There is a salt water swimming pool & BBQ. The pool is open in the summer months. Free off street car parking is available. The space Our home is in a quiet safe street with the studio in the gardens at the rear of the house. We are a friendly, welcoming couple and always up for a chat . A very comfy queen sized bed is a feature. We are also on direct bus routes to Perth City, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Curtin University, Perth Hockey Stadium, Optus Oval, Fremantle, Rottnest Ferries and a short 5 minute drive to Collier Golf Course. A large dining table/work space and chairs are provided. Unlimited high speed fibre connected internet provided. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom drawer. There is a front loading washing machine, dryer and clothes line for guests to use. A microwave, kettle, water cooler, capsule coffee machine, sandwich press and fridge are provided. An internet connected smart HDTV with free to air channels like ABC and SBS. High speed internet is by a direct fibre to the home. During the summer months the sparking salt water pool is open with a hot water outside shower to enjoy after your swim. Guest access Backyard garden, patio, dining room, and laundry are all available. There is a salt water pool that can be used. The pool is open in the summer months - November, December, January and February. Other things to note We have outside security cameras monitoring the front yard and back door of our home.
