Cozy cottage in the middle of old Hälleviksstrand

Cozy, charming and well-kept cottage dating back to the 18th century - in the middle of picturesque Hälleviksstrand on Orust. The cottage is for max 6 people and is a stone's throw from the sea with its own boat dock and a short walk to nice swimming opportunities for both large and small. The cottage is well-equipped and there is an associated patio with barbecue grill. The community consists of a fishing village with older houses, boathouses and cozy alleys. Since the cottage is from the 18th century, the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 190 cm. The space The cottage has a sleeping loft with 2 rooms, one of which contains a double bed and the other 2 beds with a width of 140 cm. The sleeping loft is accessed via a rather steep loft staircase. The downstairs consists of a well-equipped kitchen with oven and induction stove and dishwasher. The living room has 2 sofa beds, TV, fireplace and speakers with Bluetooth. In addition to this, there is a toilet and shower room with a washing machine. Outside, there is a patio and a garden shed with the possibility to borrow bicycles, crab fishing equipment, balls, dartboard, fishing rod, umbrella, grill, etc. On the bench or on the cabin's jetty, you can enjoy the lovely evening sun. Guest access There is a narrow road to the cottage with the possibility to drive by car to load and unload. You cannot park next to the cottage, but parking is available in the associated parking lot about 150 meters from the cottage or in the municipal parking lots in the community. For the municipal parking lots, a fee is added. Charging of electric cars is not allowed at the cottage. The nearest electric car charging is in Varekil or Ellös. About 100 meters from the cottage, there is a meadow with football goals, playground and bowling alley. During the summer high season weeks, there is a small grocery store in the community and a restaurant. The nearest grocery store is in Ellös, which is about 7 km from Hälleviksstrand. In the nearby area of Orust and Tjörn, there are many opportunities for wonderful hiking trails, swimming, restaurants, cafés, kayaking and wonderful excursions to nearby islands.
