Our open plan apartment is designed to make the most of the incredible views including a private terrace. Find your perfect spot to simply sit back and watch the surf roll in. Boasting a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable sitting area, two generous bedrooms and bathroom we believe the apartment has everything you need for the perfect escape. The space The apartment is situated on the second (top) floor of this small development with private parking for one vehicle. With uninterrupted views across Fistral bay you are just a stones throw away from probably the UK's most famous surfing beach. The apartment is accessed through its own front door which leads into the main corridor. The main bedroom and living spaces are all located to the front of the building to make the most of the views with the second bedroom located to the rear of the apartment. All our furniture and flooring have been chosen to give the place a light and airy feeling and with its fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher though) you can prepare and enjoy some of Cornwalls’ freshest foods. Equally there are plenty of options for some spectacular meals out within walking distance. Our generously sized family bathroom has a large walk in shower. Please be advised that in January 2025 work started on the next door plot to build an apartment complex. whilst this should not interfere with your break we wanted to mention it in our details. Guest access We have a parking space that comes with the apartment and is located to the rear of the development. You will need to place a parking permit in your car which we leave for your arrival. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and is accessed via a set of communal stairs.
