In the living area, there is a sofa bed. Ideal for singles. It can also be used for two people (couple). Please know that it is not as comfortable as a double bed! The studio has a small dining area with table and two chairs. A desk. The small luggage kitchen is equipped and has two hotplates, a small sink and a fridge. The studio has a (open at the top!) Shower room. WiFi and TV are provided. In the front house there is a small café (also vegan/vegetarian). Practical for guests: The café offers breakfast from 7 a.m.! In summer you can also enjoy the coffee comfortably outside :-) Environmental friendliness: Our carriage house is well insulated according to the climate guidelines to save energy, and this applies to the windows, the door and the facade. In the bathroom, a shower boiler is deliberately installed instead of a power-hungry instantaneous water heater, which saves on energy costs and water consumption. In Berlin, water is scarce, so we make our contribution to environmental protection and help save resources! Guest access The house is like a small house in a Berlin courtyard.
