Villa 700m Argentella beach + private pool

Our house, located 20 km south of Calvi in the bay of Crovani and in the heart of a 1.7 ha property is the perfect house if you are looking for calm, nature with a very starry night sky. In the heart of a Nature Reserve area and with a secure pool our house has a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. If you're looking for a welcoming home surrounded by nature, don't hesitate! The space The house is placed on 17,000 m2 of scrubland. We have neighbors (a couple very little present) on the sea side: we see the back of their sheepfold but no vis-à-vis. The pool is private, only the tenants of the house have access . Regarding maintenance everything is automatic, the only things you will have to do will be to empty the basket of sheets and others that fall there because of the wind, etc. and to check the water level (marked with a line) and add them if necessary. The maintenance will be done by Michèle who will come twice a week. For food replenishment, you have several choices: - Calvi 20 km from the house (20/30min drive depending on your driving) where there is an Auchan and a SuperU and all the other amenities (bakery, butcher shop...) - Galeria 18 km from the house where there is a bakery where you can have breakfast and their ice cream is delicious; a very good quality butcher/charcuterie: a welcoming little Spar as well as a mini "Useful" (small shop). - Ile Rousse 44 km from the house (45’1 hour drive) where there is a large Leclerc. Our house has two large fridges/freezers: one in the kitchen and another outside sheltered. Being in the middle of nature we are not connected to the water network, so it comes from a borehole and is therefore not treated. You can use it for everything (dishes, shower, rinse, etc.) but we avoid drinking it. We have inside: - Equipped kitchen. - A 40m2 living/dining area - One Room with sea view (double bed 160x200cm) - A Mountain View Room (double bed 140x200cm) - One Mountain View Room (two single beds 90x200cm) - An equipped bathroom (shower, double sink and toilet) As well as outdoors: - A large plot of 1.7 ha - A 25 m2 wooden terrace on the pool side - A 30m2 stone kitchen side terrace - Secure pool with twist lock - An outdoor shower - A sauna (only in winter) Our house is close to: - Multiple hiking trails including one quite known: La Revellata - Galeria beach (18km) - The Fango: a small coastal river classified as a UNESCO heritage site. - The Scandola Nature Reserve - The beach of Calvi - Argentella beach 700m away with direct access - Calvi Airport - Le Port Maritime de l 'Île Rousse If you are looking for a house surrounded by nature, quiet and welcoming with a pool and a beautiful sea view (see photos) this listing is yours! Our pet friends are not allowed because we could not change the couch in a day if an animal was stupid! Guest access Property is large ( 17,000m2). Private and secure swimming pool. The beach is 700m walk from the house from a small path marked in turquoise blue or 2 min drive. Other things to note Since the property is not fully fenced, you may see a boar or Corsican cows walking the grounds: all this wildlife is wild and easy to get them away. It's the little trick in addition to this villa 😉 We are not connected to the sewer, so nothing should be thrown into the toilet (sanitary towel, tampon...). For the water, we have a borehole and it is not treated: you can rinse your food, cook with it, take your shower but it is best to drink bottled water (the different local waters are excellent).
