Unique family home close to Amsterdam.

This cosy, large and wonderful villa is for rent this summer. The house is a very comfortable family-house and located next to the woods and has a spacious garden. It is only 40 min by car to the centre of Amsterdam and only 15 min from Utrecht. It has a great connection by train to the business center of Amsterdam. Our bikes can be used. We welcome families that will treat our home as their own. The space Downstairs the house offers a large living – lounge room with a huge fire-place . It has an open connection tot the dining room, with a big dining table in a friendly, sunny spot with a lot of windows to the garden. The kitchen is big and fully utilized. We love cooking and dining, so you will find all equipment you need, including a cooker and a huge stove. We have a very practical scullery including lavatory. Also downstairs you will find the second living room, used mostly for watching tv. It is connected with the library, a nice working area with a second smaller fire-place. On the first floor you will find 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a separete toilet. Available for guests We will close off one room on the first floor (a room full of cabinets) in which we will leave some personal things. The rest of the house is at your disposal, including the garden. You can also use our fire-place in the garden, our parkingplaces and bikes (we have 3).
