Just pop 10 Eastern Street BN2 1ER into Google Maps and it’ll bring you straight here. Don’t mix it up with East Street, Eastern Road or Eastern Terrace! The Brighton Parlour is a white three-storey house with iron gatework at the front. From the seafront: Eastern Street is between Belgrave Place and Eastern Terrace. From St Georges Road: Look for “Vel” Indian Restaurant. The twitten sits between a modern apartment block and Ideal Market newsagent. --- PARKING There’s no parking space at the house, so we recommend arriving without a car if you can. Meter bays are available on Madeira Drive at the seafront end. Loading bays on St Georges Road allow quick drop-off for bags. Best-value option: 24-hour parking for £6.50 on Marine Parade near Eaton Place — use coordinates 50.81914, -0.1235. Most streets have a mix of resident and pay-and-display bays (around £3/hour via PayByPhone). These become free after 6pm or 8pm (zone-dependent) until 9am. Always check the street signs. Please note we can’t take responsibility for parking arrangements. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. 3 loo rolls per bathroom. Please bring more beach towels for the hot tub! Noise outside in the garden must be kept to a minimum after 10pm as this is a residential area. Your security deposit will be at risk if there is disruption to local residents.
