The space The house was newly built and completed mid 2017 and is furnished with brand new furniture, beds, linens, practically everything is brand new. All the main bedrooms have a private bathroom/ensuite for your convenience and privacy. Perfect for multiple families to come stay. You couldn't ask for a better holiday home than this one! With huge living spaces upstairs and downstairs this is an entertainers dream. Indoor and outdoor kitchens allow you to cook up a storm and multiple dining areas can accomodate for all guests. There is access to a private jetty directly behind the property where you can bring your own fishing rods and crab nets to try your luck! You are welcome to bring your boat to take out to the open water. We have cleats in which you can tie your boat too. Please note that only small boats will fit as the boat lift cannot be used. Guest access The entire house! Other things to note Parties are strictly forbidden. For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises. Parking: 2 cars can fit inside the garage and 2 cars can fit outside the garage. Any extra cars can be parked outside of the gate or on the road outside the front gate. We have an open backyard that leads straight down to the jetty, therefore please be mindful of young children who have direct access to the open water. Please take care to check fishing and crabbing rules in WA because they can change day to day. We have a gas bbq available, please make sure that its fully cleaned after use/checkout.
