Sheepcote Bothy is a newly converted summer house which has been designed and built to a high standard by my family and me over the past 12 months. Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside with a view across the Black Mountains, Sheepcote Bothy is separate from the main house and consists of open plan living, private garden and patio area, ample parking along with the use of the family tennis court. Also we have secure push bike storage The space The main living area consists of a seating area, table, TV and double doors that look out on to a small patio area which then leads on to a larger patio area with BBQ, all of which are perfect for looking at the lovely view and watching the sun set. Behind the sitting area there is a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and breakfast bar with high stools. At the back of the room there is a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Leading from the bedroom through a fire door there is a large bathroom with basin, toilet, bath and separate shower. Although we built this with underfloor heating, there is also a small electric log fire perfect for those cosy dark evenings.
