We require that no shoes are worn upstairs in order to maintain the light-colored carpet. We kindly prefer no shoes in the ground level of the house in order to maintain cleanliness. No overnight guests. Internet, cable, water, and trash services are included in the rent. Gas and electricity costs are covered by the host up to $150 per month each; any amount exceeding this limit will be the guests responsibility.
