This single level, second floor, air-conditioned residence is situated in the 22 acre Port St. Charles Marina Gated Community that lies between Six Men's fishing village and quaint Speightstown in the north of the island. The space An elegantly furnished living room leads to a wide balcony, with seating and outdoors dining, overlooking the lagoon. A well-equipped kitchen also looks unto the lagoon and has serving hatch to the dining area. A large airy master bedroom allows a clear view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and sparkling lagoon. It has a large kingsize bed. The en suite bathroom is spacious accommodating a double vanity and separate bath and shower stalls. A safe provides for the safekeeping of your valuables. The two guests bedrooms are roomy, each with its own en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom as a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Large appliances include a fridge, electrical stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Small appliances include a blender, toaster and coffee makerTV (cable) in living room and master bedroom. • Free Internet throughout the apartment .• 24-hour security.• Housekeeping - once a week. Guest access You can access the home by the stairs or elevator. In the event the elevator is out of order, the only access is by stairs. . The are two parking spots close to the apartment marked 229 ONE of these spaces is for your exclusive use. • Direct access to the beach on the north and west side of the community. • A free community water taxi to ferry you to the beach, Sunset Isle or the Pier One restaurant (10 am - 5 pm). • Sunset Isle located in the middle of the lagoon and has a pool, and complimentary sun-beds and umbrellas. . Complimentary sun-beds and umbrellas also available on the beaches, subject to availability. • Air-conditioned gym with cardio-vascular equipment, weight machines and free weights. • A unisex hairdressing and beauty salon whose offerings include some spa type services. • Two floodlit tennis courts are located on the property. A reservation can be made at Reception. • Reception/Guest Services open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily.
