The space The centrally located and completely renovated guest house consists of two small rooms (living room and bedroom) and a bathroom. In the bedroom you will find a double bed (160 × 200). An additional fold-out sofa (180 cm long and suitable for a child) is available in the combined kitchen/living room. There is a pantry kitchen with two burners, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, tea and coffee. A bathroom is located between the rooms and is equipped with a shower. In front of the cottage, you can relax on the covered terrace in the hammock. There is also a small dining table and two chairs. From here, the playing child can also be observed well. In the garden there is a swing, a sandbox and even more toys for children. We use the garden too. We, a family with two children, live in the house opposite. The guest house is located in a courtyard in the heart of Hanover, vis-a-vis the music academy and the Eilenriede, the city forest of Hanover. The central station is about 10 minutes' walk. A bus stop can be reached in about a minute. Other destinations that you can easily reach on foot from us: Zoo, Eilenriede (nature, playgrounds, beer garden), Lister Meile - the second city center, the old town, Hanover's nightlife: clubs, bars, discos, around the old town, Cinemaxx. The districts with the most restaurants, cafes and small shops are also close by: List, Oststadt, Südstadt, Zentrum. Free parking can be found in the adjacent streets.
