Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. Please note that sleeping accommodation will be available for the number of booked guests. The space There’s plenty of room for everyone. A lounge for quiet relaxation, a family room for a bit of TV watching and an area for the kids (or adults) to play games, do jigsaws or just read a book. If you feel like cooking up a storm the kitchen has all the basics you need - gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving platters. You just need to bring the food. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are all provided. If you still have work to do, even on holiday, there’s a study with a desk and internet connection. The location of the property is just a short drive to our beautiful beaches, our national and wildlife parks, the Swan Valley for the wine lovers, a trip to the city or one of many shopping and cinema complexes – Joondalup, Whitford City and Karrinyup to name a few. At the end of the day you can relax on the patio and watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, however we reserve the right to lock off unneeded bedrooms.
