Double room with private lounge and bathroom

Private space consists of the bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The only shared space is the kitchen, entrance and garden. Part of a Victorian era town house, minutes walk from the vibrant and lively Stoke Croft. Close to Cabot Circus shopping center. Guest access You can make use of all of the lower floor of the flat. The bathroom, bedroom and lounge is for your exclusive use. The kitchen, on the same floor, you will be sharing with our long term tenants. You can also access the back garden from the entrance hall. During your stay I live close by and will be able to show you around and answer any questions you have, but I will not be in the flat on a daily bases. You will be sharing the kitchen with a father and his 4 year old son. They are friendly and more than happy to converse and help out where needed. Other things to note The long term tenant you will be sharing with has a 6 year old son, how quite naturally, can be quite noisy especially if he has friends over. This will only be after school hours and at weekends and will not go on through the night.
