The vacation rental is located in a family house in the quiet surroundings near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Perfect to drive quickly by bike or car within 10 minutes in the place just 4 km away, The approx. 30 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is divided into a living room, small hallway, separate kitchen and bathroom. In front of the entrance there are 2 cozy sitting areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Other things to note There are no shopping opportunities in Serams, but the nearby Baltic Sea resort offers everything you need. It takes 5 minutes by car, and about 15 minutes by bike. The bike path leads directly through Serams. Bikes can also be rented in Binz. Two min. from the apartment is the bus stop from where you can take the bus in all directions every half hour.
