“Kajang 96” is an old concrete apartment, more than 45 years old! We bought it and we are giving a new life to this building, it is maybe a touching story behind this land and building, but we are not yet to find out, for sure, hundred year ago, this area was started developing, “Kuantan Road Pasar” is a proof of its history. One of the meaning of Kajang is “House/Sheltered”, and the “number 96” represents energy for family and home, nurturing humanity, harmony and idealism. The space We named “Kajang 96” of our apartment to represent “Shield, Vitality, Happiness”. “Kajang 96” is a newly rejuvenated by different design spirits. It consists three storey (Actual four storeys as ground is used for reception and office), Level 2 named “Bali Flatland”. It consists 3 rooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 king bedroom; Level 3 named “Eco Cosy”. It 1 king bedroom, 1 single bed, 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and Level 4 named “Country Home”. It consists 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Guest access We furnish (1) room: air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers, pillows, comforter, fresh towels(upon request) , mirror, hair dryer (upon request), make up table. (2) 2 bathrooms (each level) with water heater, shampoo and shower gel. (3) Living room with: TV, Sofa, air conditioning, ceiling fan and coffee table. (4) Dining area with table. (5) Kitchen with electronic kettles, induction cooker, refrigerator. (6) Complimentary Wi-Fi. (7) Steam Iron (upon request) . We provide free parking (1 big and 1 small car) in premise. There are numbers free parking outside the premise, if you are driving, please inform us when you make the booking and also state exactly how many guest staying when you make the booking. For Level 2, We rent out whole unit.For level 3, We rent out whole unit.For level 4, We have 2 private rooms only which rent out seperatly for Individual room. For Level 4, The Pantry,Living Room, and 2 Bathrooms are share. All level's Pantry are for light cooking only.Temporary we do not provide Washing machine. During your stay For Booking, All through Airbnb. Other things to note Do not wear shoes in the house.Do not make noise after 11pm. Please swith off the air conditioner when ever going out. Do not use the towels to wipe lipstick, luggage, Shoes, others dirty stuffs. Otherwise you need to paid for the towels. We DO NOT provide toothpaste and toothbrush. There are common kitchen, living room, shower rooms and toilet. Towels will provide only upon request.
