The space The apartment in Villa Carlotta has access to the property and part of the garden with sun loungers and a swimming pool shared with the guests (if present) of the two rooms on the upper floor of the villa, while it has a portion of the garden with a completely private patio with a gas barbecue for exclusive use, shielded by planters. The maximum number of adults who can stay is 3. The sofa bed (140x190) is suitable for children from 2 to 12 years old who pay a reduced rate. For babies from 0 to 2 years old, a cot is available on request free of charge.
