Lovely self contained very private Studio Apartment overlooking a garden. Own entrance, comfy King size bed, bathroom & kitchenette. Free on road parking directly outside the property. If your required dates aren't available, please check Orange Blossom Studio Apart The space The self contained studio apartment has a small patio with a table and chairs which over looks our garden. On a clear day you have a fantastic view of Mount Taranaki. Guest access Garden and the Studio Apartment Other things to note We are only set up for a single person or a couple only. There is one king size bed. We are not set up to accommodate children of any age. Also we have a 2 dogs so we cannot offer off street parking. If you have a lot of luggage please let me know and we can arrange for you to drive in to the apartment to unload and load on arrival and departure Between 8.15 - 8-45 am and again at 3.10-3.30 pm our road is quite busy with school traffic. So if you are leaving in the morning or planning to arrive in the afternoon it’d be better to avoid those times Please can you ensure the pedestrian gate and main gates to our house are kept shut at all times. Please also keep the side gate closed as the dogs will come down into the garden and if your door is open will make themselves at home!! We have a chrome cast on the TV so you can stream anything you want to watch from your device but you will need Netflix / Lightbox / an app on your own device to watch TV. We do not have SKY or Freeview TV The water and toilet in the apartment is operated by a pump so please make sure you only put toilet paper down the loo as it is not designed to cope with anything else. The radiator is part of our central heating and connected to the main house. In colder weather it will come on at 6am for a couple of hours and again around 4pm for a few hours, if you keep the windows closed it keeps the apartment nice and warm. There is an outside light (switch labelled in the apartment) which I will leave on for you if you are arriving on an evening. Please can you switch it off once you are inside as our neighbours have young children Please take time to read the framed welcome note on the wall by the TV. This has the wi-fi code and other relevant information about the apartment. No smoking on the premises please. Thank you for your consideration.
