It is located by the lake and at the entrance to the old town of Annecy in the Tresums district at the foot of Semnoz. It consists of a living room: living room (with sofa bed), dining room and kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and an 11 m2 balcony. The residence is new (June 2019). In summer you are 2 steps from the beach (lake access), and the Marquisats nautical base. In winter you are on the road that goes up to the Semnoz resort (17 km) which offers family slope skiing as well as cross country skiing. You are a 5-minute walk from Annecy old town. The apartment has a garage. Guest access The accommodation is a 1st floor individual apartment with a private garage.
