The space Our apartment is located in a central pedestrian street full of commercial activity and just 2 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square. The house is located on the sixth and last floor of the building, facing completely south. Through its two large windows you can enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the year and generous sun's rays in winter. The apartment has been completely renovated in May 2018, giving it a modern look while cozy and above all very functional. Semi-open spaces allow natural light to enter the entire house without losing privacy in each room. To ensure a unique experience we passionately decorated the interior – we cannot wait to hear what you think. All furniture (except for chairs, sofa and bed) was designed by us to create a balanced, pleasant and functional environment that makes you feel, at home. Some of the work we are most proud of are: the living room table, lamps, bathroom bench and its stools, the bedside tables, headboard, and the unique auxiliary piece of sound equipment. All the pieces have been made with fine woods (redwood, red elm and American white ash) and steel treated with acid, to give a warmer look. We painted all wall art pieces to complete the decorative set. We drew our inspiration from nature, blending elements of sea and forest life which complement the furniture design for a relaxing home ambience. You have at your disposal 52m2 (560 ft2), with space and facilities for four people, but without a doubt it is an ideal apartment to enjoy with your partner. The apartment has two double beds. The main bed is located in an open room but visually separated from the common area. The other one is a convertible sofa bed located in the living area. The sofa became a bed with a very easy and intuitive operation. We provide sheets, duvets and a choice of normal and viscoelastic pillows to choose from. The translucent sliding glass door design complements spacious bathroom environment of 9m2 (96 ft2). Its ceramic wood floor gives it a warmth that combines perfectly with the stone wall design style. Five lighting circuits will allow you to create the environment that inspires you the most. We installed three lighting circuits with a total of 10m (107 ft) of led strips to allow you to customize the light ambiance to highlight the preferred bathroom area – making sure you will not miss any of the design details. Do you like to take a good shower after an exciting day spent walking around the city? So do we ! For this reason, and to make your experience goes beyond a simple hot water shower, we have installed a 90cm (35in) wide and 180cm (70in) shower floor, surmounted by a 40cm (15in) diameter ceiling sprinkler that you can combine simultaneously with the hand shower. Water outlets work independently, so you can share that comforting shower with your partner. The experience is not complete without the the radiant heat plate we installed in the ceiling at the shower exit – which will not allow you to leave the shower in a hurry. And under the heat zone, we have prepared two stools for you to relax and allow you to make up or comb your hair in front of the elongated mirror. Towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo will be provided. Do you like good music? So do we! That's why we've thought of you. The small but powerful amplifier of the living room gives life to two Audio Monitor boxes capable of reproducing your favorite tunes with very good quality and depth of sound. You bring the music, we play it for you. The amplifier has Bluetooth connection, so you easily connect to your mobile devices, without leaving the comfort of the couch. When playing music, we do ask you to be kind to the your neighbors especially at night. A good night’s rest is a blessing for everyone. Did you forget your music at home ? No worry ! The 46-inch television set disconnected to a cable TV system with several music themed channels. It is already connected to the sound equipment, so you can simultaneously enjoy good sound and the image in high definition. The TV has a mobile support, so you can see it perfectly sitting at the table while you eat or from the kitchen counter while you take your appetizer. Do you like to cook? Turns out, so do we ! If you are on vacation and maybe just want to do something simple, but if yours is a real hobby and you're willing to give everything in the kitchen, you have all you need. Induction cooker, oven, microwave, pots, pans, knives (that really cut!), and in general practically everything necessary. The kitchen also has a fridge and freezer with separate doors, dishwasher, washer-dryer (dishwasher detergent will be provided so you do not waste time going to buy them). A wooden bar allows your travel companions to accompany you while you prepare that light dinner or simply have breakfast before heading out for your daily adventure. If you are on the naughty side, and do not want to clean up the kitchen right away, have no worry. Visually no one will notice anything as from the sofa or the dining table you can not see the kitchen bench. And of course we have air conditioning with thermostat control from the entrance door. You regulate the temperature and in a few minutes you have the whole apartment at your favorite temperature. We have a very silent system of air conditioning ducts that evenly distributes cold / hot air through its 3m grid, which ensures a uniform distribution of air in a few minutes. So you will not need to leave it running when you go to visit the city (and help us be resource efficient ). Little more remains to be added, but we tell you some more tips to help you prepare for the stay. The windows do not have outside blinds, but as you can see in the pictures we have installed curtains. They block the majority of incoming light. However, they are not 100% opaque so if you have problems with partial morning light, we recommend that you bring a mask to rest after the dawn. You have at your disposal two quite spacious closets, one for you to organize your clothes next to the bed and another at the entrance to leave the suitcase and coats. In this closet you will find the washer-dryer and cleaning supplies that you might need, as well as the safe, with enough capacity for your valuable belongings. Inside the same closet you will also find the 80l water boiler. It is very efficient and fast, but it is electric, so if you are going to have a long experience in the shower, we recommend you increase the power setting to ensure you have sufficient hot water. On the technology side, we have a 50Mb internet both Wi-Fi signal and ethernet cable connection. To charge the mobile phones, you have two fast-charging USB connectors on the bedside tables. One more thing. In case you want to have a refreshing beverage and have a quick rest before unpacking, we have left a couple of bottles of water and a soft drink in the fridge, as well as something so you can have breakfast the next day without having to go out and buy, especially if you arrive in the afternoon / evening. Guest access Being on the top floor of the building, you have easy access to the communal terrace from which you can see the roofs of the center of Valencia and the façade of the unique building opposite. Both the entrance of the building and the garage have a 24h surveillance staff, so in addition to having our help, in case of any incident you will have someone nearby to help you. If you travel by car, let us know in advance. You have the possibility to keep it in the garage of the building without additional cost. To do this we put our garage space at your disposal. In the center of Valencia it is difficult to park and public parking is not cheap, so to make your stay easy and have the convenience of having the car closer, we want to have this detail with you. If you travel with a baby, let us know. At no additional cost, we offer you travel cot equipped with mattress and bedding, high chair and, if necessary, stroller and car lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances of category A + or higher: washing/drying machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven-microwave, extractor hood, kettle, etc. For waste recycling, the kitchen has garbage separators and on the same floor of the apartment you have a place to deposit the garbage that every night the concierge take down to the street, but only for organic waste. The rest of the recycling can be deposited in the containers for paper, plastic, packaging and glass that is located just below the building, in the back. Nor do you have to worry about the dryer or the iron because we have both and even ironing board. The basic cleaning products, gel, shampoo, as well as sheets, towels, two types of pillows and quilt will also be available at the apartment. Other things to note To ckeck in and for security reasons, you must send us your full name and the number of your ID or passport. It is convenient to do it before arrival, but you can give us this information when you check in. Check out is stipulated between 11:00 and 12:00 hours, but due to our experience as travelers. In case you need to leave later, do not hesitate to ask us until what time you can stay. It will depend on the reservations already agreed for the day of your departure. If there is no booking, you can stay as long as you need.
