The property is situated in the seaside town of Exmouth. It is a 5 to 10 minute drive or 30 to 40 minute walk to the town and beach. My home is open planned with stunning decoration throughout. There is a large garden (recently refurbished in July 2025) with artificial grass, so looks pleasant all year round. Exmouth has lots to offer with a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands with stunning walks and some lovely restaurants. The space Recently refurbished living space. The generous accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The lounge has a 4 and 3 seater sofa with a storage pouffe. A 47 inch LG TV along BT/EE TV, including NOW TV Entertainment, TNT sports and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from gas hob and electric oven, Ninja Air fryer,large built in fridge freezer, microwave cutlery, crockery, pots, cafetière, pans and glassware you could possibly need. The dining room has a table to seat 6 people plus a high chair available if needed. The property has 3 bedrooms. There is a good size front bedroom, (recently refurbished) with a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes and 2 chest of draws. The room is plenty big enough for a travel cot that is also available if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a built in wardrobe to hang your clothes with shelf storage and a chest of draws. The third bedroom is the smaller of the three. (recently refurbished) It has a daybed with a trundle underneath and can sleep 2 children comfortably or 2 adults snug! All 3 bedrooms have tower electric fans provided for those warmer months! The bathroom has a bath with a new built in shower unit with a rainfall shower head, along with a heated towel rail, sink and toilet There is also a downstairs toilet and small sink to wash hands . All freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided. The house is fully central heated with a hive hub system. The gas fire in the lounge is redundant If your stay is for 7 days or more, I provide a free laundry service of personal items. please let me know if this is required upon booking. The garden is a nice size with two decking areas. One at the top of the garden that gets the sun first thing in the morning to last thing at night, so the perfect sun trap! Then there is the bottom decking that has a little seating area. Just to make you aware there is a small step as it is two tiered so be careful not to stumble. There is also a small concrete patio area with a coal kettle bbq available for use. Rattan furniture is provided. All cushions are stored in the garden storage box. The grass is artificial and looks great all year round! Guest access There is a double drive with plenty of space for 2 cars possibly 3 if parked well! along with free off road parking if needed. Other things to note On arrival I provide fresh semi skimmed milk and a little welcome hamper. Please can you let me know when you book if you are vegan, dairy intolerant or have a preference so I can accommodate your personal requirements. I can always provide alternative options. This is a residential area so noise after 11pm is to be kept to a minimum in respect of the neighbours. The property is strictly no smoking or vaping. Please refrain from sticking or pinning anything on the walls as newly plastered and decorated.
