Beautiful stone house of 170 m2 and 8500 m2 of land with exceptional views of the Belledonne mountain range. You like the mountains, nature, calm, cool, our house is a real haven of peace. You'll love our place because of its location and its garden, which offers stunning mountain views. Its large terrace, barbecue, ping pong, petanque, trampoline will ensure beautiful evenings with family or friends. The space Our stone house (cool even in summer) is on 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the dining room with a large table for 8 people (which also needs a pool table), and the south-facing living room with large bay windows. And a sofa and TV area. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms for 6 to 7 beds and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. You have direct access from the outside. We also have a 2-person cottage located next to the house. It may be rented during your stay. But our 8500m2 estate allows everyone to fully enjoy their stay. Guest access You have access to the whole house. This is our main house with all its comfort and equipment that we rent for school holidays. A small dirt road leads to a large private car park. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. No need to bring household products. You have everything at your disposal including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, laundry sponge and kitchen towels and toilet paper. We leave at your disposal spices, oil and necessary for troubleshooting if needed. The principle is that what you use you replace for others :-) Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your bed sheets and bath towels. There is no cleaning fee because we rely on you to leave us the house impeccable for the next tenants.
