This is a quiet, sleepy town neighbouring Culburra Beach. The Boat Ramp is within walking distance and only minutes away by car to a variety of local beaches, walks and eating out. The space This studio style self contained room located in the back garden meters away from the main house is comfortably set up for a couple but may accommodate 3 guests (although 3 may be a crowd). The space is a well appointed open plan living, featuring a kitchenette (with limited cooking facilities) and bathenette. There is independent easy access to your accommodation and ample parking space for your car and boat. You will need your own vehicle to access a variety of sites and activities in the surrounding areas including the beautiful Jervis Bay. Some of my guests have described this location as "The gateway to Jervis Bay." There is also the convenience of a Woolworths Supermarket, Cafes, Takeaway, Bakeries and the Bowling Club at Culburra Beach which is about 4 km away. Seafood Restaurants and an Oyster Farm can be found in neighbouring towns. If you prefer to eat in, there is the Nowra Fresh on your drive through at (Princes Hwy Nowra) where you can buy premium meat and fish to prepare during your stay. At Culburra Beach there is also a Post Office, Petrol Station and Pharmacy. Other services of interest include Kayak Hire, Surfing Lessons, Surf Shop and Day Spa. There are many activities to get involved in within a 45 minutes radius. Access to country landscapes, waterways, walkways, bikeways, some shopping and eating. Your privacy will be respected!!! We will be on the property during your stay but your accommodation is private with access to BBQ facilities in a family friendly garden.
