Located in a beautiful rural village in Mid Wales, a perfect home from home to enjoy as a base for exploring the local area or just for relaxing. Located within easy reach of the Snowdonia National park and the Brecon Beacons it's a great base to explore the beauty of Wales. The space A grade || listed property with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and unique. There is a separate parking area for up to 3 vehicles. To the rear of the property is a private garden area where you can enjoy alfresco dining or treat yourself to a barbecue. The house has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, a fully tiled modern bathroom with a seperate shower cubicle and a beautiful free standing bath. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room and a comfortable lounge for you to relax. There is a 40 inch HD Smart TV down stairs with all your Netflix channels and other apps, plus a selection of DVD’s to watch. Guest access There is a large parking area to accommodate up to 3 vehicles safely and privately. Please note…. if you have an electric car and you wish to charge it, please speak to me first, there is cost involved obviously and the cost of this as of October 2024 is £25 per full charge. Unfortunately, due to past experience, this is to be paid in advance of plugging in sorry. Other things to note The house is located in a very peaceful area, no public transport is avaliable in the village. However there is bus available every two hours in Llanbrynmair. (check bus time details) Local shops are located approximately 3 miles and 8 miles away, with larger supermarkets in approximately 12 and 17 miles radius. The hot tub must be booked in advance to enable us to get it cleaned and ready for use. We kindly request that the hot tub is not used after 1030 pm each evening and before 7am each morning to be considerate to neighbours. This is an old listed building with beams, please be aware there maybe the odd cobweb ( nothing to do with cleanliness or dirt) which all adds to the character of an old period property.
