In the center but secluded, the bed can accommodate two people for a romantic stay, looking for tranquility or for people who have to stay for work or tourism. Mantua, Verona, Modena and Lake Garda are easily accessible. The room is equipped with every comfort, kettle, coffee machine, electric blanket, towels, bathrobe, shower products, TV. Free parking. There is no kitchen. The space The room is unique, equipped with heating, a summer fan, and a spacious balcony overlooking the rooftops. Please note: the large, heated bathroom with shower is not located in the room but in the lovely little garden. In the garden there is also a shower with hot water, a table, chairs and an umbrella. You can request a barbecue for outdoor dining, utensils and dishes at a minimum cost to be agreed upon. Guest access Guests have access to the private garden and enter from the town center, Via Cesare Battisti, 11. However, if the property in Via Cesare Battisti is occupied, they enter through the side entrance. Other things to note Once you cross the garden, the guest is in the center of the village, surrounded by free parking and always free, shops, bars, newspaper sales, tobacconist, bank, church, theater, all the services available. There are also large, free parking spaces at the other entrance. Guests are required to separate their waste according to municipal regulations.
