The Terrazza apartment is part of our family-run farmhouse with swimming pool, suitable for a family with children, couples or friends. It consists of a bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a large equipped terrace. Being on the first floor, it enjoys a beautiful view of the vineyard, suitable for those who want to relax. The location of the farmhouse also allows you to easily visit the main cities of art, such as San Gimignano just 20 km away. The space The Terrazza apartment is on the second floor of the annex, a former granary, and has an area of about 55 square meters. After climbing a short internal terracotta staircase, we reach a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella for your outdoor meals and some wooden armchairs perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The location of this apartment is pleasant, you will wake up and you can observe the surrounding vineyards. Inside, the apartment is equipped with a rustic kitchen with kitchenette and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and small appliances such as toaster, American coffee machine and moka coffee maker. A short corridor divides the kitchen - living room, also equipped with TV, sofa and armchairs, from the sleeping area. The apartment has two bedrooms: a double bedroom, and a single bedroom, where you can add an extra bed. The Tuscan style is fully respected by the terracotta floor and the large exposed beams and restored dark wood furniture. The apartment is located in a family-run farmhouse, with private outdoor parking and a large garden and various common relaxation areas. Outside, you will find a children's play area, two equipped barbecue areas, and an area with a ping-pong table. Finally, the apartment enjoys a beautiful and large shared mosaic swimming pool. The pool has three levels of depth, so as to allow the little ones to bathe safely and the older ones to have fun. A little treat: the whirlpool corner where you can sit and relax. In the surroundings, you can take walks or jog for the more athletic. All services are just 5-10 minutes away, in the direction of Gambassi Terme, Castelfiorentino and Certaldo, where you will find various supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tobacconists. Guest access As our guest, you'll be able to enjoy all outdoor common areas, including the pool. If you wish, there are various routes for your walks among olive groves and vineyards, our farm covers 44 hectares. The apartment will be for your exclusive use. Other things to note The apartment is located on our farm, so it has areas in common with other apartments, so we ask you to respect the other guests of the property. To be paid on site: - Tourist Tax (mandatory) €1.50 per night for the first 6 nights.
