LeMARAIS STUDIO is a modern, cozy and comfortable apartment with a kitchen-living room and a luxurious King Size bed with a soft headboard, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. LeMARAIS is a modern complex consisting of three apartments. The space The apartment is located in a historical building in the very heart of St. Petersburg - the Petrograd district. Chkalovskaya metro station and public transport stops are just 200 meters away. The house is in a quiet place and surrounded by a small square. Shops, cafes and restaurants are within a walking distance. A walk to Petrovsky Stadium will take no more than 15 minutes. Guest access LeMARAIS STUDIO apartments with elegant and stylish interiors are air-conditioned. The kitchen with a built-in fridge and dishwasher is equipped with a hob, hood, microwave and electric kettle. Also, the necessary set of dishes for cooking and serving. Coffee, tea, sugar and a large bottle of water are provided for guests on the day of arrival. The bathroom has shower facilities.
