Quiet semi rural home near Cambridge

My place is a terraced house located 5 miles from Cambridge City Centre close to local restaurants, pubs, large food store and clothing stores. Good bus route into Cambridge city centre ,every 30minutes. You'll love my place because of the location, in the countryside where you can wander for a walk to nearby villages and Im near to good amenities. My place is good for or business travellers who spend their day out, needing somewhere quiet & cozy to come back to in the evenings. The space The room you would occupy is a 'double' room (for single use) and is spacious. It has a TV, triple wardrobe and drawers, desk, chair and shelving. Free WiFi. The bathroom is shared. Should you need it, you’d be welcome to use the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I have a small kitchen however, you are welcome to use the kitchen for LIGHT meal preparation such as heating a meal in the microwave. local food store means you can buy food each day or eat out at local cafe, pubs.(see Guest Access for kitchen facilities). Free, help yourself tea & coffee. I’m also happy to provide a help yourself cereal/toast & fruit style breakfast upon request during your stay. NB/ I have very limited fridge space. Please let me know before your stay if you’ll be needing to store anything in the refrigerator. I can make space for one or 2 small items. Guest access Check-in usually after 3pm (and before 8pm) & check out time by 10am. As my home is set up, in the main to receive guests on a 'bed and breakfast' arrangement, the assumption is you will be busy and generally out of the house during the working day. There is free tea and coffee available for your use (located in the kitchen) whenever you like. Most guests prefer to bring their own breakfast supplies and I can provide a small space for you to store them in my kitchen. I provide a towel, facecloth, bedding, soap and shampoo. You're welcome to use my back garden. During your stay I lead quite a busy life in and out of my home however, I am happy to assist with any questions you may have. From time to time I will have friends visit for a meal. They will be aware of you coming as my paid guest respecting your privacy. Should you choose to stay more than a week, I will arrange for the sheets to be changed and your room cleaned. After a 4 night stay, you could also use my washing machine for any personal laundry you may have and I can provide a clothes airer for you to dry your clothes in your room or you are welcome to use the washing line outside in better weather. You can also use the ironing facilities Other things to note As my home is small and cozy I would ask that you are mindful of making calls etc late into the evening. My home is situated in a cul-de-sac which means should you bring your own transport you will find parking spaces a few paces from the font door of my home. However, you're welcome to load and unload by parking across my driveway.
