Penthouse and super penthouse apartment in a 1600's building and a 1200's tower, in an enchanting old village, renovated and furnished. Large kitchen+ open space dining room. Large living room/bar, 2 fireplaces, 2 bedspread + 1 sofa bed, individual LPG gas heating with meter . Attention !! The house is not always heated and the heating must be turned on at least 1 day before arrival !! For fireplace wood, 1 sq. meters per day is expected. The space The village of Castel Rigone is one of the oldest in the Perugia area (900 A.D.) and is still perfectly preserved. Just 6 km from the beaches of Lake Trasimeno. At 650m, it offers a pleasant summer temperature and a wonderful view of the lake. Many services: 2 restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, and 2 bars. Among the ancient monuments, the large Church of S. Maria delle Grazie in late Romanesque style and the small Hospital of the Knights of Malta are noteworthy. Ample opportunity for walks along marked trails. Guest access Guests have the entire house (120 square meters) to themselves without any restrictions. Other things to note If you wish, our cook is at your disposal to prepare a romantic dinner featuring typical products from Umbrian regional cuisine.
