Grebe Lodge is a peaceful, contemporary home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone can settle in without having to queue for the showers. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area looks out across the lake, giving you a bright, steady backdrop. Days unfold naturally here, from time on the enclosed deck to claiming the hot tub, and evenings settle as the water calms for the night. The space Grebe Lodge sleeps eight across four bedrooms, including a ground-floor en-suite ideal for accessibility and a master bedroom with a private balcony and lake views. One upstairs bedroom can be set up as a twin or a superking. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has glass frontage and wide water views. There’s a smart TV, a sound system, fast Wi-Fi and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lodge is dog-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs. Guest access You’ll have full use of the lodge, the enclosed lakefront deck, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The deck has direct access to the lake via a side gate, and private parking is right outside the property. Four kayaks are also available for your use, making it easy to explore the water right from your doorstep. Other things to note We’re dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs (a third may be possible on request). A high chair and travel cot are already at the property and ready to use at no extra cost, so there’s no need to request them in advance. We can also help with light decoration touches for birthdays, proposals or other occasions. Open-water swimming is permitted directly from the deck and is one of the highlights of staying here. Swimming is at guests’ own risk and requires a waiver before arrival. Paddleboard hire is available, and with easy lake access, it’s perfect for slow mornings on the water or sunset paddles. The lodge sits within the private, gated Waters Edge estate - a peaceful place designed for relaxed breaks rather than large or noisy gatherings.
