Villa by the sea - Cap Frehel / Fort Lalatte

Located in one of the most charming location in Brittany "Emerald Coast", our house is the ideal place for short/long vacation, with a sea view and a view of the unique fortified city of St-Malo. This place is perfect for people who need calm, wild nature, close to the sea in a quiet atmosphere. Very close from the path of the Douaniers, you will walk between Cap Frehel & Fort Lalatte Castle. The space The house was completely renovated a couple of years ago. Around 160 m2 with a huge garden (1500 m2). You will enjoy the East wood Terrasse for the breakfast, and the West wood terrasse for afternoons, for reading, drinks & evening BBQ. Full equipped kitchen with an open living-room, an office, 4 bedrooms (with é-person bed - width 140cm), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 3 toilets. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note For bookings, we are taking into consideration school holidays and day-offs for any demands, e.g. 5-day week-end for Easter, 4-day week-end for 1st of May or 1 week during the school holidays. The office room allows you to work in the wifi and a printer. The house has its private access with a doorway. 3 cars max on the parking.
