Charming refurbished studio, fully equipped. We live below the studio, but your access is completely private, and as soon as you arrive, we give you keys that allow you to be completely independent. Close to the city center (10-minute walk according to Google Maps ;) Free parking in the neighborhood. Located 500 meters from Clapier train station. 3rd floor without elevator:)...Perfect for business trips... The space The studio is 18 square meters. It includes a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a kitchen area with an electric stove (pot and pan), a kettle, a Senseo, a microwave grill and a small fridge;) Guest access The studio is completely independent. You access it through the stairwell, and access to the studio is private. It is on the third floor without elevator access. You'll be able to easily find a spot in the neighborhood where parking is free. If necessary, there is a parking lot 100 meters from the studio (free at night and 3.20 euros for 24 hours) Other things to note There is no television installed in the studio but rest assured we will give you a Wi-Fi code upon arrival (which works perfectly ;) If you come with your computer or tablet you will have access to everything you want ;) We can also provide you with a hairdryer as well as an iron on request :)
